In 1961, a bay colt was born in Ontario to E.P. Taylor. Little did he know that the bay colt would go on to be one of the most defining stallions in the Thoroughbred breed. Northern Dancer raced at two and three, accumulating a record of fourteen wins, two seconds, and two thirds from eighteen starts. Among his wins included the Kentucky Debry, Preakness Stakes, Blue Grass Stakes, Florida Derby, Remsen Stakes, Summer Stakes, and the Coronation Futurity. He was the Champion Three Year Old Colt in both the United States and Canada as well as the Canadian Horse of the Year in 1964. Among his progneny are names like Nijinsky II, Sadlers Wells, El Gran Senor, Dixieland Band, and The Minstrel.

Breyer released Northern Dancer in 2012 and retired the model in 2014. He was produced on the John Henry mold. This model does not have any noted flaws, but I do not claim LSQ.
